Welcome to Apartments Oliver!

May I introduce myself? I'm Oliver Nindl, born in Axams, and together with my family, we manage the vacation apartments.

All beginnings are difficult! The path to this point hasn't always been easy for us. The pandemic since 2020 has caused construction delays and changes. We completed the renovation of the house at Baderbühelweg 3 in Axams in 2022. Cleanliness is our top priority – the smooth surfaces and the bright, practical furnishings make it easy for us to keep the apartments clean.

Take advantage of the location on the beautiful plateau above Innsbruck for long, easy walks or as a starting point for hikes at alpine heights. By car or public bus, you can reach the Tyrolean capital of Innsbruck in a short time, where numerous cultural and leisure activities await you. Of course, there are many other activities to enjoy near Innsbruck.

In winter, the ski bus takes you to the Axamer Lizum ski area, where several slopes are available for beginners and advanced skiers. There are also several toboggan runs in the area, providing variety, and ski tourers will also find a variety of routes here.
